Excercise

We being sport enthusiastic people trying our best to share our experience and knowledge in this area. To enjoy the adventure activity people realise at certian point that thye should have been doing some kind of excercise to make their adventure activity more enjoyable instead of pain. We have Trekkers, Climbers, Marathoners Cyclists entusiastic in Bhramanti. Hence we are trying to keep a consolidated list of excercises, which will be useful for general sports or for personal well being.

We are not authority on this subject hence the content on this page may not be suitable for some people in the begining. This content can be considered as reference and not lessons. We also suggest that any new activity one has to start in moderation which mean one has to find the sustainable intesity of the activity after the understanding of technicality of the particular excercise.

We have accumulated various types of excercises along with pictures (not owned by us) from various sources. We sorted them as Streching, Cardio, Core, Lower, Upper and Power. Based on the time you spend in the Gym or wherever you wish to conduct your excercise you need to plan out your schedule. In future we will be providing a sample programme for begginers and normal intensive workout for your reference.
