Cyclic Meditation Sequence is set of asana flows done at a meditative pace with slow, conscious breathing. Advance Asana sequence is a type of yoga practice where you can add variations to your routine, such as Surya Namaskars (Sun Salutations) or any main asana preceded by a sequence of preparatory poses. Pranayam practice is generally done when one can sit stably for an extended period, focusing on deep breathing and its variations. Pranic Energization technique is an advanced yogic practice where we use our Prana Shakti (vital energy) to energize the entire body. Chair yoga, as referenced here, is for elderly individuals or those who have difficulty practicing while standing or sitting on the floor. However, anyone can benefit from these postures. Hip & Core awreness: These practices are partially recorded here for reference. Various modifications can be incorporated based on individual needs. Prenatal Yoga: This includes gentle stretches and breathing techniques demonstrated in the video, intended to support individuals during pregnancy. Danda Yoga is a loosening (warm-up) practice generally done before asana practice, using a stick (Danda) to help release tension in tight muscles. Kriya: JalaNeti is nasal cleansing technique and one of the Shatkarma kriyas used to purify the body. |
