The Caves of Thanale, which are believed to be 2,200 years old. The caves encompass an arrangement of about 20-22 halls, each meticulously provided with spaces in the form of benches and reclining platforms. The most aesthetic of the halls, features many Stupas. It's 2-2:30 hrs of trek from village with easy grade.

Anjaneri fort (1300 m)- Anjaneri is a huge grass topped mountain. A flat walk takes one to a temple and a small lake. A left track leads to Sita gupha - cave and a temple. The right track climbs to the upper plateau and a flat walk leads to temple. The to and fro trek takes 3 hour. Other nearest destination isTryambakeshwar. |
